Bryan serves as the Innovation Lead at Cap Vista, leveraging his expertise to drive innovative solutions. 

Previously, he played a key role in managing international relations and facilitating bilateral defence technology cooperation between the Singapore Ministry of Defence and the US Department of Defense. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Security from the University of Liverpool. His professional interests focus on harnessing novel technologies to enhance the operational capabilities of the Singapore Armed Forces, as well as analyzing geopolitics and power dynamics in the international arean.
